Fresh Farmacy is a partnership with health clinics that “prescribe” clinic patients a biweekly supply of fresh produce grown by Local Food Hub partner farms. Fresh Farmacy increases local food access, improves public health, and builds a stronger local food system. (Thanks to FarmAid for this video)
