Located just outside of rural Scottsville, Virginia, our certified organic Educational Farm is a community-based learning center, providing farm education classes, volunteer opportunities, workshops and community events.
We grow more than six acres of organic produce, including lettuce mix, tomatoes, onions, blackberries, raspberries, peppers, potatoes, kale, and chard. Twenty-five percent of all this delicious produce is donated to our neighbors in need at Bread of Life, the Haven, and Blue Ridge Area Food Bank. Seventy-five percent goes back into our warehouse distribution center.
We also host a range of educational opportunities, including 8-month farm apprenticeships and high school internships.
