Most everyone knows about the Saturday Farmer’s Market downtown. Some people know of a few others throughout the week, too: Scottsville, Pen Park, Meade Park.
But did you know that there’s a farmer’s market at UVA Hospital, every day? Well now you do! A growing partnership between Local Food Hub, University of Virginia Medical Center, and Morrison Healthcare Food Service is putting more local food on the menu and making it easier for patients, staff and visitors to get their daily dose of fresh fruits and vegetables.
