Share the Love
We have so many things to be thankful for this year: The talented local farmers and artisan food producers who keep our community healthy, happy and well-fed. Our supporters, friends, volunteers, and followers who understand, support, and take action for our mission. Our families for putting up with our non-stop local food ramblings. Our local food banks and soup kitchens, and the mighty volunteers who staff them. And, if you’re reading this, YOU — we’re thankful we have you.
From our staff at Local Food Hub to you and yours, we wish you the happiest, coziest, most delicious Thanksgiving ever.
Oh, but wait! Before you pass out in a haze of local turkey, homemade stuffing, and Mama Stamberg’s relish, set your DVRs or gather your family around the TV for our PBS premier! Catch the new episode of Charlottesville Inside-Out, hosted by the lovely Terri Allard, at 8:30 on Thursday evening! You’ll get an inside look at our warehouse, meet some our farmers, check out the educational farm, and see Terri charm our shyest intern, Erin.
